- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionists at this practice are incredibly rude and prejudiced. When I registered, they demanded a Biometric Residence Permit because the receptionist assumed I was a foreigner because I am black. I found the whole experience shocking. When I tried to book an appointment, I was met by yet another rude receptionist. These guys are very unproffessional. I am not looking for a new GP practice.by Samuel MusarikaMarch 31, 2017
